BOARD OF ZOTdING APPEALS <br />March 16, 1977 <br />Special meeting,was called to order at 7:40 p.m. by Chairman Ledvinao <br />Present: Chairman Zedvina, Messrs. Hamill, Huntington and Remmer. <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau and Recording Secretar,y Hodgins. <br />Chairman Ledvina moved to correct minutes of March 2, 1977 - RequeSt #7 should in- <br />clude "fence required behind Sub Lots A, 5, and 6. Motion seconded and passed. Mr. <br />Huntington moved to accept minutes as corrected. 14rv Hamill seconded and motion <br />pas sed . lo Caldwell Della Ve11a Bldg. Co. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for one <br />ft. sideline variance for sub Lot #545 Wellesley Ave.. (5781 ?r,"ellesley - easter- <br />1y side of Tniellesley near Elmhurst intersection.):. Va.olation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />' tion 1161.01. <br />Present: David Lusardo and Mrs. Zipp were adma.nistered the oath. Plans were <br />studied and discussed. Previous actions Uiere reviewed. Dwelling on <br />1ot next (5771) was not situated 1ot as plotted. In Dec. a two ft. <br />variance was,granted.. A letter of non objection from neighbor Tibbs <br />was read. Builder and surveyor were not present for questioningoThe <br />Board is not pleased with circumstances causing the problem and con- <br />troversy. After further discussion Mr. Huntington moved to grant a- <br />dditional 1 ft. 10 in. at front.of building and 2 ft. 4 in. variance <br />at rear;variances for distance between existing,dwelling and propos- <br />ed dwelling; with appropriate reprimand to builder.
