?0 BOARD OF ZONING APPEAIS February 2, 1977 - Chairman Zedvina called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m., Present: Chairman Ledvina, Messrso Huntington and Remmel. Also Present: M. Gareau, Law Director, E. Gundy, Building Commissioner and V. Hodgins, Recording Secre.tary. Mr. Huntington moved to approve minutes of January 5, 1977. Ntr. Ledvina se- conded and motion passed. l. Violation of Ord. 62-33 5ection 1163.01. Present: Scott Nianley who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Two variances are requested. Plans were studied. Proposed garage seems oversize for loto After discussion Mr. Remmel moved to grant 8 ft. rear .yard variance and 2 ft. variance for side yard) to allota construction of 22 ft. x 24 ft. x 34 ft. garage. Mro Andreano gave description of loca- tion of lots involved and variances requested. After lengthy discussion Mr. Huntington moved to reject all requests for vari- ances of S. & W. Development Co.
