Mr. Hamill nomi:nated; 1\1r. <br />Ledvina for chairman.. Mr.. Huntington seconded the motion.. Motion passed un- <br />animously. Mr. Duskey nominated Iqr. Hamill Vice Chairmano Mr. Huntington sec-. <br />onded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Continuance of hearing for James R. Clark,. 23093 Cli#'ford Dr„ Request for <br />variance (1133a13). Request for setback varianceo Violation of Ord. 62- <br />33 Lection 1159.01. Also request for sq.. ft. variance. Uiolation of 4rd. <br />62-33 Section I153.03. (Property located 4652 Martin Dr9 <br />Present:. Mr. and 1lrs. Clark, N1r. Royalton, architect, Mr, Olowski, Tir, Bel- <br />mont and others who were administered the oath.. Neighbors now <br />have no objections. kfter short discussion P?Ir.. Duskey moved to <br />grant setback variance of 105 ft., and 70 sq, fto variance for <br />first floor. 1Ir. Hamill seconded the motion. Roll call on motion <br />- Messrs. Duskey and HamiTl and Duskey, aye. Mr. Huntington, nay. <br />Motion passed. Variances granted. <br />• 1u. Case <br />and appeal were read.. Plans viere studied. A split level L shap- <br />ed home to be used as model is planned.. After discussion A'1r. <br />Hamill moved to deny the request. Tvtr. Request f'or variance (1133013)• <br />Request for 8 ft. 6 ino side yard variance on corner lot for SIL 506 Decker <br />Rd. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.02, <br />Present: N'1r. and Mrs. Jankura and others who were administered the oath. <br />Request was read. Plans were studied.. Southern.Ave. neighbors <br />object to closeness of proposed house.. After discu.ssion of the <br />house.plan and its location on the 1ot Mr. Hamil:l moved to grant <br />8e6 ft. side yard variance.
