Roll Call <br />Chairman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8;15 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Prokasy, Vice Chairman Roberts, S.ecretary <br />Tzschler and Mr. Rafeld. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gund,y, I,aw Director. Gareau <br />• and Recording Secretary Hodginso <br />2I. Review and Carrection of Minutes <br />The foll.owing should be added to Item V(a ) on Page 2; t°Plan- <br />was submitted by Engineer Childs. Mr. Fred Bower represented <br />Shore T!.'est Construction Co. Plan meets requirements. Each lot <br />exceeds requirements. Mr. Roberts moved to approve Shore Vest <br />Const. Co. preliminary plans. Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion <br />passed." <br />Mr. Roberts moved to approve minutes of December 14, 1976 with <br />above correction under Birch Circle Subdivision. P4otion passed. <br />T2Z. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy presented plans for renovation and alteration of <br />building at 30692 Lorain Rd.. narking area was studied.Plan <br />is-to make entire building into a professional buildingoIJr. <br />tidams answered questions asked by Commissioners. MroRafeld <br />moved to approve plans as submitted for Dr. Adams' profes- <br />sional building. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Mre Gundy presented plans for addition,. renovation, remod- <br />eling and alteration of residence at 31269 Lorain Rd. Mr. <br />Buchwald of Nutron Nameplate appeared before the Commission. <br />Sideyard and setback variances have been granted by Board of <br />Zoning Appeals. Plan includes retention of natural gas fa- <br />cilities of existing residential structure. After discus- <br />sion Ilir. Roberts moved to approve Nutron Nameplate plans for <br />31269 Lorain Rd. with removal of three parking spaces in <br />front as shown on plan; with 11 parking spaces in rear. Ivir. <br />Tischler seconded and motion passed.. (c) Mr.,.Gundy presented plans for addition to CoJ.umbia Rd. Bap- <br />tist Church,.4116 Columbia Rd. Revo. Withers appeared be- <br />fore the Commission. Addition is to be in rear. 88 park- <br />ing spaces are requirqd•,:93 are provided. After discussion <br />Mr.. Rafeld moved to approve plan for addition to Columbia <br />Rd. Baptist Church. PlIr.. IZoberts seconded and motion passed. <br />TV.. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Clear-Cor Subdivision - south side of Marcie Lane- Subdivi- <br />sion of Permanent Parcel No. 232-19-2 into 2 Class A resi- <br />dential lots. <br />Maps were distributed, studied and discussed.. (Engineer <br />Childs came into the meeting at tliis time from.another <br />meeting)....Mra Tischler moved to retain in Committee. NIr.
