PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 8, 1977. <br />I. Roll Call <br />Chairman Tischler called tYie meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. : <br />Presents Messrso Tischler, Roberts, Nee, Evanoff, Rafeld and Prokasy. <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau and Recording Secretary Hodgins. <br />IIo Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Nir. Nee corrected the January 25, 1977 minutes as follows: Section <br />IV. (a) there is a space between the a and the s in the word "as't. <br />Section IV. (b) The words "Catch basin" should be change to "yard <br />drain" in every instance. Also Iqr. Nee noted he had said lot #47 <br />have a yard drain with top elevation not low enough to allow for <br />flow. Mr. Evanoff moved to accept minutes as corrected. Motion . <br />passeci. <br />III. Building Department Requests - no Items <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />By general consent it was agreed to add the following to the agenda: <br />(a) -11-ubdivision of one lot into two - 4342 Root Rdo <br />Lee Gatlin of Gibson Partners appeared before the Commission: <br />There is 155 ft. frontage on Root Rd. vith dwelling on one-part. <br />Variance was granted for 75 ft. lot instead of the required 80 <br />ft. by Board of Zoning Appeals, Mr. Roberts moved to approve <br />the subdivision. 141r.
