Roll Call <br />Chairman Tischler called the meeting to order at 8<00 p.m.. <br />Present: Chairman Tischler, Vice Chairman Rafeldj Secretary Evanoff and <br />Messrs. -.Roberts and Neeb :end Zurawski. <br />. Also Present: Law Director Gareau, Builaing Commissioner Gundy and Re- <br />cording Secretary Hodgins. <br />H. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />On Page 2 second par. after the words "private driveway" should be add- <br />ed "Mr. Gareau said it is not a problem". On Page ]. second line from <br />bottom the sentence "All cul de sacs are to be cement" should be delet- <br />ed and substituted in its place °Entire cul de sac is to be concrete'''. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to accept minutes of June llt, 1977 as corrected. Mr. <br />Nee seconded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Carlton Place Subdivision <br />Mre Gundy distributed copies of site development plans. Fred Bower, <br />Neil Bower and Architect Andre B. Baehler appeared before the Com- <br />mission. P1ans were reviewed and discussed. A total of 118 suites <br />is planned> Plans were reviewed and discussed further. Mr. Rafe].d <br />moved to refer site development plans for Carlton Place to Archi- <br />tectural Review Board with recommendation that Board review total <br />number of parking spaces and the parking spaces at the north corner <br />of the development off Clague Rd. Mr. Zurawski seconded, and motion <br />passed. <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Robert M. Lawrence Subdivision; Assembly of two small parcels into <br />single Class C residential 1ot on west side of Wellesley Ave. Per- <br />manent Parcel No. 233-21-30. <br />kZro Gundy distributed location maps. Zengthy discussion ensued re- <br />garding division of parcel not shown. Mr. Gundy verified there is <br />building on the next lot. Mr. Roberts moved to place Robert M.Law- <br />rence Subdivision in committee. Mr. Evanoff seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />(b) Clear-Cor Subdivision #2. Rear portion of three existing parcels <br />to be combined and then split to form seven Class B residential <br />lots: two of these lots have their original frontage on McKenzie <br />Rd. and remaining five lots are new parcels with frontage on south <br />side of Windsor Dr. Permanent Parcel #234-26-35;36 and 120. <br />Maps were distributed by Mr. Gundy. Law Director Gareau gave back- <br />ground information. After short discussion Mr. Tischler moved to
