Roll CaZl <br />Chairman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:12 p.m. Present: <br />Chairman 1'rokasy, Vice Chairm.an Roberts, Secretar,y Tischler, Nessrs. <br />Freeh, Evanoff and Nee. Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, <br />Law Director Gareau, Assistant City Engineer McDermott, Rec. Sec'y Hodgins. <br />Chairman Prokasy introduced and welcomed new member, Mr. Jac-Ken Nee. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mrm Freeh moved to apnrove minutes as submitted. Mr. Roberts second- <br />ed and motion passed unanimously. <br />III. Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests <br />(1). Stsndard Oil Company Station - southwest corner Go.untry Club <br />Blvd. and Great l?TOrthern Blvd. Extension (relocated Koute <br />252), near I-480. <br />Maps were distributed by Mr. Gundy. Law Director Gareau had <br />rendered legal opinion. Conimissioners studied maps, plans <br />and the legal opinion. During discussion it was found minutes <br />reflect disagreement of zaning (Item III on Page 1 of Ja.n. 27, <br />1976 minutes.) After further discussion Nir. Prokasy moved to <br />approve Standard Oil Company utation - southwest corner Country <br />Club Blvd. and Great ilorthern Blvd. Extension near I-L180. Mrm <br />Tischler seconded the motion. Roll Call on motion: Messrs, <br />Prokasy, Tischler, Roberts, Evanoff and Idee - aye. rfir. Freeh - <br />naye Motion passed. <br />IV. Old Business -.No Items <br />U. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Great Northern Partnership Subdivision, north side Kennedy Ridge <br />Road - L sub lots <br />Mr. McDermo-tt distributed maps and drawings of plans. 4 lots are <br />being made out of 2 parcels. NIr. Roberts moved to approve Great <br />Northern Partnership Subdivisiono Mr. Fvanoff seconded and motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />VI.
