Roll Call <br />Chairman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Presents Chairman Prokasy, Vice Chairman Roberts, Messrs. Freeh, <br />Rafeld, Evanoff and Nee. <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau and Assistant City Engineer <br />McDermott. <br />H. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Under Item III (a) k1) 14r. Freeh corrected minutes to include <br />the word 14proposedt4 before (relocated Route 252). Mr. Evanoff <br />seconded the motion to correct mi-nutese Motion na.ssed. Mr. <br />rreeh moved to approve minuLes as corrected. Mr. Evanoff se- <br />conded and motion passed. <br />? III. Building Department Requests - No Ttems <br />N. Old 3usiness <br />(a) Review and Approval of 1975 North Olmsted Planning Commission <br />Annual Report <br />??1r. Freeh moved to accept 1975 North Olmsted Planning Commis- <br />sion Annual Report as submitted. Dir. Nee seconded and motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />V. New Developments and .1-ubdivisions <br />(a) Country Club Blvde Extensiony from relocated State Route 252 <br />(Great iNorthern Blvd. south of Brookpa.rk) eastward to Columbia <br />Rde preliminary plans. <br />Nlre McDermott distributed maps and drawing of preliminary plan <br />and mentioned that iqr. oalalter Spilberg said the District of Ohio <br />Department of Transportation has no objection. Present befo-re <br />the Commission were an area resident, Mr. vtiilliam Dreher and <br />Mr. Sol Shur, the developer. <br />During discussion Mr. Shur answered question regarding the 75 <br />ft. length of Countr.y Club 31vd. Extension stating it is to end <br />on old Route 252o Other items discussec3 were rush hour traffic <br />on Columbia Rdv; traffic study had been made by Barton Ashman <br />of Chicaoo Mro Shur said; and recommendation iaas made that the <br />five traffic lanes on Brookpark Rdo be increased to seven traf- <br />fic lanes. <br />IZecycled Bond - One etep to eave our environment
