Ro11 Call <br />Vice Chairman Roberts called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />PresEnt: Vice Chairman Roberts, Messrs. Nee, Rafeld, F'reeh and <br />Evanoff. <br />Also present: Building Gommissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, <br />Assistant City Engineer McDermott, Recording Secre- <br />tary Hodgins and Councilmen Beaty and Goggin. <br />II. Reviev and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Freeh moved minutes of March 9, 1976 meeting be accepted as <br />submitted. Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion pasGed unanimously. <br />IIIa Building Department Requests <br />(a ) New Requests <br />(1) Mre Gundy introduced plans for Putt Putt Golf Course <br />to be located on parcel of land leased from Great Northern <br />Partnership. Putt Putt Golf Course is to be operated by <br />Nir. Richards. Mr. Richards and Mr. Shur Vaere assembled be- <br />fore the Commission for the presentation. Plans were stu- <br />died and discussed. <br />(Mr. Prokasy is now present) <br />There has been no actual drainage revieTAl. A better ar- <br />rangement for parking was defined. Mr. Freeh moved to <br />a.pprove Putt Putt on Great Northern site as shown except <br />for parking area as sketched on record print. Mr. Evan- <br />off seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />IVa Old Business <br />(a) t,destminster Dr. Subdivision - west continuation of Westminster Dr. <br />abutting C. E. I. easement on 2dorth - 36 sub lots - preliminary <br />plan. <br />Mr. PZcDermott distributed maps and gave review of items referred <br />to Engineering Depta iqrsa Benuska, owner, r1r. Saylor, Engineer <br />and Mr. Osborn, attorney as -viell as neighbors from Bretton Ridge <br />assembled before the Commission. Plans were again studied and <br />discussed. Again it was stated Dlan is not eligible for agenda <br />at this time.
