Roll Call <br />Vice Chairman Roberts called the meeting to order at 8s00 p.m. <br />I'resent: Vice Chairman Roberts, Secretary Tischler, Messrs. <br />Messrs. Evanoff, Rafeld, Freeh and. Nee. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, LaVa Director Gareau, <br />City Engineer Childs and Recording Secretary Hoci- <br />gins. <br />IT. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />P1ro iVee corrected Page 2 Ttem IV. (b) 7th line of second para- <br />graph to "answer in percentage is unknovan, the ansV:er is rough- <br />ly 1/3 acre1°. Mr. Freeh moved to accept minutes of October 12 <br />as corrected. Mr. Tischler seconded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy has request for resubmission of neva plans for Ms. <br />Rtemmero ?lan is for addition to existing building at 29930 <br />Lorain Rd. Corunissioners examined plans t'.-ith regard to park- <br />ing spaces, driveway and conformity of existing structureo <br />After discussion Mr. Idee moved to approve Stemmer Auto Body <br />addition plan as shown. Ms. Freeh seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Mrm Gundy submitted plans for building in the industrial dis- <br />trict for storage of nurser.y equipment and supplieso Plans <br />were examined and found to meet the code. Mr. Evanoff moved <br />to approve proposed storage building as shown on Greg McKee's <br />drawingso Nr. Rafeld seconded and motion passed. <br />IV. Old Business <br />(a) Inwood Estates Subdivision - north side of Duane - 7 sub lots <br />Plans Nere restudied. Some Commissioners had made on site <br />inspection of the property. After discussion kZr. Freeh moved <br />to approve preliminary plan; but property owned by the S.chool <br />Board at the end of uilverdale and Duane be acquired before <br />final plat plans come before the Planning Commission.
