CTTY OF NORTH OLNISTED, OHIO PLANNING C0144ISSION December 14, 1976 I. Roll Call Chairman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m, Mr. Evanoff called the rol.l. Present: Chairman Prokasy, Nlessrsa Evanoff, Nee, Rafeld and Roberts. Also Present: Law Director Gareau, City Engineer Childs and Recording Secretary Hodgins. II'. Review and Correction of Minutes Mr. Evanoff moved to appxove minutes of November 23, 1976 meeting as submitted. Nir•. Rafeld seconded and motion pas.sed. IzI: Building Department Requests - No Items ZV. Old Business (a) Friends Church • Rev. R. Skeeter, John Anderson and neighbors assembled before the Commission. NIr. Anderson distributed revised plans and reviewed same.. N1rs.. Knighton again gave objections to the plano Mr. 01 Toole and Mr. T,:Iohl also voiced objections, not to the church plan, but to the parking layout. Zoning Board approval of the plan was mentioned by Chairman Frokasy. After lengthy discussion Mr. Ra- feld moved to approve plans submitted by North Olmsted Friends Church revised November l, 1976; with revised parking as marked on plan and including a maximum of 7.Ii ft. pole lights to be used in parking area and that the lights be shielded. .I14r. Mrs. Karkut and Nirs. Kosky assEmbled before the Commission.. A new set of plans was distrtibuted and examined and explained. N1r. Ra- feld moved to reject Revere Butternut Subdivision plan as submit- ted Dec. 14, 197bo Mr. Evanoff seconded and motion passed. Mr. Nee revised plan. This plan was studied by Commissioners with suggestion drawing come back to Planning Commission in manner as proposed by Mr. Need V. New Developments and Subdivisions (a) Birch Circl.e Subdivision
