Rafeld mov- <br />? ed to approve the combining of the two lots of the Jim Yezbak Sub- <br />divisiono Mr. Freeh seconded and motion passed. . <br />- (d) Revere-Butternut Subdivision <br />Splitting parcel located at southwesterly corner of Revere-Butter- <br />nut intersection into two Class B residential par.celse (Permanent <br />Parcel No, 235-16-6). Subdivision plans were distributed. Joe Bauer appeared before the <br />Commissiono There is existing old home on the lot? There was <br />lengthy discussion. A second set of plans was distributed. There <br />was further lengthy discussiono Law Director Gareau gave 'explana- <br />tion of property lines. Nir. Freeh moved to refer to law director <br />for opinion regarding jog in property line between the two propos- <br />ed lots. Nir. Rafeld seconded and motion passed, <br />- (e) V;aschak Subdivision <br />Two Class C lots on easterly side of ?,Jellesley near Elmhurst in- <br />tersection (Permanent Parcel I1os. 233-20-30 and 233-20-31). <br />Plans were distributed. Mr. Childs explained plans for combining <br />two lots and then resplitting the same two lots to make them con- <br />forming. Both lots as proposed exceed the Class C requir.ements. <br />Mr. Rafeld moved to apnrove the new T,:Iaschak Subdivision. Mr. Freeh <br />seconded and motion passed. ' VI. Communications <br />A11 members of Planning Commission had received copies of Ord. 76-158 <br />and 76-159. Members had studied samee Mr. Free moved to approve Ord. <br />76-158. Mr.. Tischl2r seconded and motion passed; Nm. Tischler moved <br />to approve Ord. Ido, 76-159. Mr. Evanoff seconded and motion passed. <br />? VII. Committee Reports Mr. Tischler said report regarding S"tandard Oil Station closings will <br />be ready for reviev, at the next meeting. VIII. New Business - No Items - <br />IX. ' kdjournment <br />Mr. Evanoff moved to excuse the absences of Messrs.
