CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Dec, 1 1976 a: Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Present: Chairman Ledvina, Messrso Duskey, Huntington and Hamill. Al.so Present: Lata Director Gareau, Building Commissioner Gundy and Recording Secre- tary Hodgins. Z?"ith addition of "Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed" to Item 11, Nx. Malley who taas administered the oath. On site inspection had been madeo Mr. Duskey moved to grant sideline variance of 1 ft. 9 in. for construction of f ireplace. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. 3. China House Restaurant, 27087 Zorain ilve. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest for permission to alter non-conforming structure. Special permission re- quired by Ord. 62 -33 Section 1163001. .Present: Two gentlemen were administered the oath.
