Board of Zoning Appeals 10-6-76 <br />_ b _ <br />and appeal were read. A 10 ft. x 24 ft. addition is planned. <br />It is to be open type construction with windotus on three sides. <br />Lot is smaller than average because of bend in road. Patio is <br />to be made into permanent familST room addition, four feet out <br />from where existing screened patio is located. Mr. Duske.y <br />moved to grant 13 fte rear rear variance for construction of <br />16 ft. x 2? ft. addition. PIr. Huntington seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />1?e NIaxwelton Johnson, 29794 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133s13). Re- <br />quest for permission to subdivide lot on ?;orain Rd. (29880 Ilorain Rd. ) <br />resulting in less than 150 ft. frontage. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1171; 0 07 0 <br />Fresent: Mr. Johnson who was administered the oatha Case and appeal <br />were read. Yse Johnson displayed plans and explained same. <br />The 150 ft. frontage requirement was explained. The lot width <br />tiaas explained. Code Saas read and studiedo There is conflict <br />in interpretation. 1^here is no definition for frontage. The <br />ordinance could. be vague. The Zoning Board recommends to Coun- <br />cil there be definition of frontage. Zn this instance Mr. John- <br />sonis lot now has 84 ft. frontaffe.
