Ledvi-na, Duskey, Huntington and Hamill <br />Also Present: -Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Recording <br />Secretary Hodgins. <br />All members having received corrected Page 3 of April 7, 1976 Mr• Duskey moved <br />to approve minutes. NIr. Hamill seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />Continuation of hearing of Hallmark, Inc., 16883 E. River Rd. Columbia Station, <br />Ohiv. Request for variance (1133.13)• ?equest,.,for. 612 f.t.---front yard variance <br />and S ft. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord, 62-33 Section 1159.01, and <br />Section 1163.01. <br />Present: Ronald Carpenter who was administered the oath. Plans have been changed <br />and only request at this meeting is for 5 ft. rear yard variance. Two story house <br />is now planned. Mr. Duskey moved to grant 5 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. Hamill <br />seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />The William Mural request has been withdrawn <br />l. John J. I,opez, Jro 2811 Walter Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request <br />for 18 in. fence height variance on side on corner loto Violation of Ord. <br />62°33 Section 1151.04 (H) Present: Mr. and N?rs. Lopez and Councilman Saringer. Witnesses were administer- <br />ed the oath. Case and appeal were read. Plans were altered slightly <br />unon suggestion of Board members. There was discussion of safety fac- <br />tor and type of fence. Mr. Duskey moved to grant 18 ino variance for <br />side lot fence with jog as shown in red on print (9 ft. x 9 ft. jog) <br />14 in. from sidewalke Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed un- <br />animouslym <br />2. Marcus J. Borngen9 Jr., 5984 NlcKenzie Rd. Request for permission to ad.d to non- <br />conforming dwelling (79 ft. setback). Permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1231eo2v <br />Present: Mr. Borngen and neighbor who were administered the oath. Dormer is to <br />be added. Request for <br />permission to add 16 fte x 22 ft. 6 in. addition to rear of non conforming (35 <br />ft. setback) dwelling for bedrooms.
