' Board of Zoning Appeals 5-5-76 <br />_3_ <br />Present: Dr. Guiao, Mr. Geitz, Mrs. Zipp and others who were administered <br />the oath. Case and appeal were read, Njr. Geitz, the architect, <br />explained plans - remodeling and new facade. Surgical supplies <br />are to be sold from within the building. The 35 ft. setback makes <br />the building non-conforming. Mrm Duskey moved to grant special <br />permi-t to remodel existing Uuilding as per plans submitted. Mr. <br />Hamill seconded and motion passed unanimouslyo <br />100 Andrew P. Bischof, 3L23 Hunter Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Request <br />for 2 ft. fence height variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Bischof who were administered the oath. Case and appeal <br />were read. S.ite inspection had been made by Board Members and Build- <br />ing Departrnent is hereby direc-ted to look over the adjacent propert.y <br />to the north (side property) -- is there landscaping business be- <br />ing conducted from here? Mr. Huntington moved to grant variance for <br />fence on north side of propert.y. Mrr. Hami11 seconded and motion pass- <br />ed unanimously. <br />ll. Steve L. Metro, 23168 A1.exander Rdo Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for oversize tool shed (existing)e Violation of Ordm 75°117 Par. D limiting <br />tool shed size to 100 sq. ft. <br />Present: Mr. P-2etro and Councilman Saringer who T.aere administered the oath. <br />Application and appeal were read. Structure is 16 ft. x 8 ft. x <br />8 ft. and is a truck body. Letters from W. E. Bennett and H. Schae- <br />fer and phone call reported by Mr. Ledvina all objecting to the tool <br />shed, Pf?r. Gundy recommended foundation for the tool shed. Mrs. Sar- <br />inger, representing neighbors taho were notified and some who were not <br />notified and could not be present, questioned future moving of the <br />tool shed and she also mentioned the lack of doors. Mr. Gundy said <br />the shed should be located within 10 ft from rear line. Board mem- <br />bers had viewed the premises. Mr. Metro will have more completion <br />plans at the next meeting. Mr. Duskey moved to continue the hearing <br />for one more meeting. N?r. Hamill seconded.?._Roll- call on motion: <br />PZessrs. Duskey, Hamill and Ledvina, aye. Mr. Huntington, nay..Continued <br />12. Ramona Stone, 5369 Knollwood Dr. Apt. #5 Parma, Ohio. Request for variance <br />(1133•13). Request for variance for permanent parcel Noo 233-20-13 (corner <br />Wellesley and Elmhurst). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1233.01 (C) - in- <br />sufficient size lot. <br />Present: N1r. and Mrss Simmons, Mrs. Zipp9 Mr. and Nirs. r'IcCrone, A7r. Kelsik, <br />ft4r. Grentzner and others who were administered the.oathe Case and <br />appeal were read. Variance of 8.93 ft. is requested. Letter from <br />Ramona Stone was read and letters of non objection from Mr. Kelsik <br />and P4rsm Green were submittedo Pictures of the house were studied. <br />It was stated the house is not of quality of other homes in the area; <br />lowering of property values. Mrs. Saringer said Council has new legis- <br />lation pending in regard to moving of houses. After further discus- <br />sion Nir°. Huntington moved to deny the requesto Nr. Hamill seconded <br />and motion passed unanimously.
