Board of Zoning Appeals 11-12-75 - 2 - Present: Mr. Jevcak who was administered the oath. Case, appeal and citation were read. Appellant thought no building permit was needea because tool shed is not on permanent foundation, it has no base. A 10 ft. x 10 ft. tool shed exists on a very small lot. Lot is 44 fte wiae, garage is in front of house, 44 ft. x 35 ft. is size of rear yard. The nev, ordinance re- garding tool shed took effect 5 days ago. N1r. Olson moved to deny the request. N1r. Huritington seconded the motion. Roll call on motion: Messrs. Olson, Huntington, Ledvina and Hamil.l voted aye. Mr. Duskey voted nay. Motion to deny passed. Shed must come dow n. 6.
