Plans were examinede Mr. Decker has tool shed which he wishes to replace in same location. N[r. Ertell told of many area problems. 10 ft. x 19 ft. tool shed is proposed. Appellant was told 10 ft. x 10 ft. is maximum size. Mr. Zedvina moved to grant special Dermit for too2 shed no more than 100 sqo ft. in size and to be located 5 to 10 ft. from side and rear in southeast corner of the propsrty.
