Zoning Board of Appeals 9°3°75 <br />- 3' _ <br />? Present: Yir. Decker, Mro and Mrs. Ertell and other neighbors kaho were <br />administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Plans were <br />examinede Mr. Decker has tool shed which he wishes to replace <br />in same location. N[r. Ertell told of many area problems. 10 <br />ft. x 19 ft. tool shed is proposed. Appellant was told 10 ft. <br />x 10 ft. is maximum size. Mr. Zedvina moved to grant special <br />Dermit for too2 shed no more than 100 sqo ft. in size and to be <br />located 5 to 10 ft. from side and rear in southeast corner of <br />the propsrty. Mr. Tubbs seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />7, Romolo J. Grilli, 6700 Charles Rde Request for variance (1133.13)• Request <br />for variance for distance betweEn house and -oroposed garage. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />1'resent: Mro Grilli and others who were administered the oath. Case and <br />appeal were read. Discussion was held as to size of house and <br />size of garage and possible breezeway. Mr. Hamill moved to grant <br />variance of 9 ft. between house and garage conditioned on size of <br />-garage being 2h fto x 24 ft. Mr. Tubbs seconded and motion passede <br />,8. Bett.y Zernechel, 27180 Glouchester Dr. Request for variance (1133.13) Re- <br />quest for variance of less than 20 fte betk7een dwelling unit and retail busi- <br />ness at 23908 Lorain Rd. ?lan is to remodel cement block garagea Violation <br />of Ord. 62-33 Section 1174.08e <br />Present: Mr. and llirs. Zernechel who were administered the oath. Case and <br />appeal were read. Plans were displayed and examined by Board mem- <br />bers. Mr. Zernechel detailed proposed plans. 14 ft. variance be- <br />tween dwelling and garage is requested. Mr. Duskey moved to grant <br />14 ft. variance between dwelling and garage. Nr. ^lubbs seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />9, i?.rilliam T. i3enden, 23087 Virgznia Ave. Request for variance (1133•13). Re- <br />quest for 7 ft. variance for distance bettaeen-proposed addition to house and <br />garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Bendon and Mr. Nhit. Witnesses here administeed the <br />oath. Case and appea-- were read. Plans wEre examined. 12 ft. x <br />12 ft. addition on rear of dwelling is proposed. There was ques- <br />tion of tightness of drivetaay. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 7 ft. <br />variance for distance between proposed addition to house and garage. <br />Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />10. William F. Boyles, 5729 Forest Ridge Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)e Re- <br />quest for 2 fto fence height variance to replace L ft. fence in rear. Viola- <br />tion of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Boyles who were administered the oath. Case and a.ppeal <br />were read. Froposed is 6 fte stockade fence. There is huae depth to <br />rear yards; neighbors have fences. Neighborhood problems were cited. <br />14r. Tubbs move.d to grant 2 ft. fence height variance to replace Lt ft. <br />? fence in rear. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />11. Delmar Esnest, 30106 Lorain Rd.
