Board of Zoning Appeals 6-25-75 _ 2 _ Presents Mr. and Mrse Michalko who stated their neiFhbors, the Janiks were out of town, also stating they have no objectionse (Their house is -d'°- sold and they will be moving). Case and appeal were read. Board members have some questions to ask owners. AZr. Tubbs moved to con- tinuee Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. 2. John J. Alan, 26634 Fairfax Lane. Present: Mr. Alan who was administered the oaths Case and appeal were read. Plans were examined.
