Board of 7oning Appeals 6-L-75 - 2 - !?. Robert W. & Marjorie Gasior, 31L8 W. 231st St. Request for variance (1133.13) Request for variance for less than required distance between buildings. Vio- lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. Present: Mr. Gasior who was administered the oath. Case was read. Reason for request is aluminum overhang on patio. Mr. Duskey moved to grant variance of 6 ft. to allow for alumintim patio roof. Mr. O1- son seconded and motion passed. 5. Leonard F.
