Robert W. & Marjorie Gasior, 31L8 W. 231st St. Request for variance (1133.13) <br />Request for variance for less than required distance between buildings. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. Gasior who was administered the oath. Case was read. Reason <br />for request is aluminum overhang on patio. Mr. Duskey moved to <br />grant variance of 6 ft. to allow for alumintim patio roof. Mr. O1- <br />son seconded and motion passed. 5. Leonard F. Cikotte, 23123 Stone,ybrook Dr. Request for variance (113?.13)0 <br />Request for special permit for tool shed and request to locate same 3 ft. <br />off sideline. Special permission for tool shed required by Orde 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1151.04. Location 3 ft. from sideline violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1161.01. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrsa Cikotte and Mrs. DeBrodt. Case and appeal were read. <br />Also description was read - shrubs are in place to shield tool shed. ? <br />Mrso DeBrodt said she is representing neighbors and there are no ob- <br />jections. Request for variance (1133.13)a Request <br />for 1 ft. height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.0h; <br />and request for four ft. rear yard variance for patio. Violation of Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 1163.01o <br />Presents Mr. and Mrs. Schaaf who were administered the oathe Case and appeal <br />were readv Location of fence was described - 150 ft. along side of <br />property and of basketweave design, to keep dog; no fence in rear. <br />Mr. Olson moved to deny 1 fte height variance for fence. Mr. L'uskey <br />seconded..:> NIr. Olson and Mr. Duskey voted aye; Mr. Zedvina? voted nay. <br />Request for 1 ft. height variance for fence denied. Re- <br />quest for snecial permit for tool shed. Special permission required by Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 1151,04. <br />Present: Mro and Mrs. Rosich, Witnesses were administered the oath. Case and <br />appeal were read. Plans and drahings were examined. Flictures were <br />shown. Tool shed will not show, will be ?nstallad in shrubberyo 7 fti. <br />x 10 ft. shed is planned. Mr. Duskey moved to grant special permit <br />for tool shed on lot north of center - approximately 9 ft. from rear <br />lot line. Mr. Olson seconded and motion passed. <br />8. Color Tile vtore, 26101 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for oversize pole sign. Violation of Ord. E2-33 Section 1159.010 <br />Present: Mr. Hixon who was administered the oath. Notice should read !PSign <br />on rear of building?''- asking for extension of sign area. Mr. Nixon <br />is hith the sign company and said additional identification is needed. <br />Mx. Ledvina reviewed similar case and ruling on same. There is safety <br />factor; could be confusing to drivers on Brookpark Rde Mr. Duskey <br />moved to deny the request.
