BOARD OF ZONING APPEAIS 3-5-75 <br />-?- <br />- is hardship? Or is this special use? Mr. Duskey moved to deny <br />request on basis of no hardshig existing. Mr. Olson seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />9e Carpet Corner, 26101 Torain Rd. Request for variance. (1133.13)s Re- <br />quest for additional sign on rear of building. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1225,02. Present: Two young men representing Carpet Corner who were administered <br />the oath. Case and appeal were read. It was stated the color <br />tile store took up most of sq. ft. sign area. Proposed ad- <br />ditional rear sign would be visible from Brook Park Rd. 75 ft. <br />away. After some discussion 14r. Olson moved to deny the request <br />for variance. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />?. Charles R. Lehmann, 23909 Ainbour Dr. Request for variance (1133•13)• Re- <br />quest for 9 fto 8 in. variance between house and garage. Violation of brd. <br />62-33 Section 1151.04. Present: Mr. Lehmann who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Appellant submitted signed statements from neighbors show- <br />ing no objection. 13lan is to build house addition too near neigh- <br />bors' garage. Firewall precautions will be taken into considera- <br />tion, Mr. Duskey moved to grant 9 ft. 8 in. variance.
