Those pxesent were: Messrs, Prokasy, Elliott, Roberts, Freeh and Mrso Eiano Also Fresent: Buil,ding Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, As - sistant City Engineer McDermott and Recording Sec,retary Hodgins. Front landscaping is in more detail; plan shows xetaining walls and retention basin. There was discussion of fence,aslatting, etc. Tree in center of driveway may be traffic hazard and perhaps should be re- movedo Four new 22 in. diameter,pin oak trees are in plan for front landscaping. Periodic maintenance is required for retention basin. Ntr. P1an has been checked and parking seems to be in order. It is to be a simple four of- fice storage building. There was previous subdivision of land. The larger p'iece is now being developed. 100 ft. set- back complies with the codeo There are no present plans for future deve7.opment of remainder of property.? Plan is for storage of building"material for Bauer Development Coo Ve- hicular type equipment will be parked outside the building. Research into the code in reference to this matter found trucks may be parked at sideo or in rear. Loading require- ments were reviewedo Buffer strip applies only to rear 50 ft.
