Prokasy, Elliott, Roberts and Freeh. <br />Also present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareauy Assis- <br />tant City Engineer NTcDermott and Recording Secretary Hodgins, <br />Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests - No Items <br />(b) New Requests - No Items <br />Old Business <br />- Minutes ware accepted as submitted. <br />(a) Nodern Homes - Commercial Building, west side of Dover Center Rdo, <br />abutting Convenient Food Store on north - Engineering Report on <br />site, easement and subdivision status. <br />Item taas approved at last meeting, but it was found plat for\ <br />subdivision was not executed by Mr. Schwarzer. Engineer Mc- <br />Dermott distributed.prints and explained the situation. Two <br />parcels are involved according to the way in which they are <br />subdivided at this ti;ne. Some time has elapsed since Plan- <br />ning Commission approved subdivision. Subdivisi.on has been <br />approved by Counci7., Law Director Gareau instructed the en- <br />gineer to obtain signature of iviro Schwarzer and file with the <br />county. All that is needed is the signature. <br />V. <br />New Deve].opments arid Subdivisions <br />(a) Chr,ysler Realty Corporation Subdivision - north side of Zorain <br />Road,.east of Berkshire Drive - combining of three parcels. <br />Zone maps showing location and copies of plat were distribut- <br />ed by Mr. McDermott. Plat includes 20 lots. The three front <br />parcels need to be combined. Chazrman Prokasy questioned how <br />error was madeo Some discussion followed as to how error might <br />have been made. Mr. F1liott moved to approve Chrysler Realty <br />subdivisiono Mr. Roberts secondede NIotion passed. <br />(b) Trotwood Subdivision - revised plan - northwest corner area of <br />Mastick and Clague Roads - 7 multi family buildzngs (56 units) <br />and 8 single residence sub Zots proposed.
