Mr. Tischl.er seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />(3)NTr. Gundy presented drawing showing Gaaebo type band stand proposed <br />for North Olmsted Park. It is necessary for Planning Commission to <br />review all public buildi.ngs. Jim Redovan9Chairman of Bicentenial <br />Committee was present. Stand is to be eight sided; facing in eight <br />directions. 5tructure is to be built by the Bicentenial Committee <br />and to be maintained by the City. It is to be of masonry and hood <br />constructione Councilmen Limpert and Saringer spoke in favor of <br />band stando Guxdeli,nes are needed for proper location. Discussion <br />was held regarding location. Mr. Tischler moved for approval of <br />band stand in general location as submitted, subject to approval <br />by Recreation Commission and subject to final approval by Councilm <br />Mr. E1liott seconded and motion passed. <br />IV. 01d Business - No Items <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Huff Subdivision - Root Road, East Side <br />Mrs. Eian moved Huff Subdivision be withdrawn at the request <br />of the developer. Law <br />Director Gareau explained ownexship from various indiva.duals <br />and partnershipso Planning Commission is bezng asked to com- <br />bine parcels. Mr. Elliott moved to approve plan as presented. <br />Nr. Freeh seconded and motion passed. <br />VI.
