Fltnning Commission 5-26-75 - 2 _ <br />cause of highway right of wayo Discussion followed. Mr. <br />Freeh moved to approve plan as submitted. Mr. Elliott <br />seconded. Motion passed. <br />IV. 01d Business -(See Trotwood Condominium Development at end of Item V.(c)). <br />v. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Docy Subdivision - west side of Dover Center Road north of Cotton- <br />wood Trail <br />Mr. McDermott explained this is transferring land on two lots. Mr. <br />Docy came before the Commission. There is backland on Sttb Lot 1 <br />being trans£erred to Sub lot 2, in Class A area -- both lots con- <br />form. After some discussion Mr. Rafeld moved to accept Uocy subdi- <br />va.sion. Mr. Roberts seconded the motion. Ro11 call on the motion: <br />Messrs. Rafeld, Roberts, Frakasy, Elliott and Freeh, aye. Mr. Tisch- <br />ler, nay. Nlotion passed. <br />(b) City I,ine Estates Resubdivision #3 and 4 - east off Barton Road <br />south of C. E. I. easement - 75 sub lots - p3at and improvement <br />drawingso <br />Preliminary plans for this subdivision were approved in November. <br />Changes have been made. Mr. Andreano, I4r. Caldwell as well as many <br />neighboring residents were assembled before the Commission. Mr. <br />Andreano gave location; two possible street openings were showno <br />Copies of final p].at were distri.buted by Engineer N`?cDermott to <br />Planning Commission members. Numbering system has been changed; <br />this has to do with the reserved lots. Now sub lot 137 is reserv- <br />ed; it is relative to former sub lot 40. Engineer McDermott dis- <br />tributed copies of minutes of Novembex° 26, 1974 Planning Commission <br />meeting approving preli.minary plans. Plans were studied; street has <br />been moved almost 100 ft. and there is now total of 79 lots. Mr. <br />McDermott had reviewed plans and finds lots in conformity. There <br />was discussion of storm sewer flow. Homes are to be in $50,000 <br />and up class and are to be all electric. Mr. Tischler moved to <br />approve City Line Estates Resubdivision as submitted. Iqr. Rafeld <br />seconded. Motion passed. Mr. Tischler moved as addendum to his <br />motion that sub lot 137 be reserved for future street purposes <br />for 3 years. Mr. Elliott seeonded and motion passed. <br />(c) Deerpath subdivision #6 - south of Elm Rd. and Brendan I,ane Ex- <br />tension - 12 sub lots - preliminary proposal and discussion <br />only. <br />Location maps were distributed by Mr. McDermotto Mr. Clingman,? <br />Councilman Saringer and many residents came before the Commission. <br />Plans of subdivision were distributed for review. Discussion in- <br />cluded vacation of one portion of Elm Rd. and possible buildi,ng <br />of another portion; direction of flow of run off water and reten- <br />tion9 the fact that lots 2, 62 8 and 3 do not conform. Mr. Freeh <br />moved to place Deerpath subdivision #6 in committee pending action <br />by Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion passed.
