New Developments and Subdivisions <br />- 2 - <br />(a) Manners Subdivision - Lorain Rd. site o£ present Iqanners <br />Restaurant - combining of two lots. <br />A7r. McDermott stated two parcels are involved and need to <br />be combined. He distributed maps and plans shotaing location <br />of the twv parcels. '_Kr. Roberts moved to approve the combin- <br />ing of the two parcels on 14anners Subdivisionv Mr. Evanoff <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Deerpath Subdivision #6 Revised - south side Elm Rd. at <br />Brendan Lane - 13 sub lots. <br />Mrs. Saringer9 <br />Mro Clingman and many neighbors were present. Mr. McDermott <br />distributed location map and two proposals as submitted by Mr. <br />Clingmane Members studied both plans and found cul de sacs <br />on both plans do not conform. Both plans r.equire vacation <br />of Elm Rd. right of way. A7ore discussion follotiaed. Chair- <br />man Prokasy said evidence is needed showing State of Ohio <br />will allow cul de sac use on its property. On F'lan A sug- <br />gestion was made to eliminate lots 11, 12 and 13 in present <br />plan and proceed with remainder of plan at later time. Mr. <br />Rafeld moved to place planAin committee until Mr. Clingman <br />has met three requirements: (a) permanent legal cul de sac, <br />• (b) vacation of old Elm Rde (3) State permission to allow <br />easement for cu1 de sac. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />VI. Communications <br />(a) Letter from Nora Hill, Clerk of Council, had been received. <br />Letter notified Planning Commission members Council had grant- <br />ed 60 days extension for; study of new Comprehensive Plan. <br />VII. Adjournment <br />Mrs. Eian moved to excuse absences of Mr. Tzschler and Mr. Freeh. <br />Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion passed. <br />Mr. Evanoff moved to suspend the meeting of December 23, 1975 and <br />have the next meeting January 13, 1976. Mrs. Fian seconded and mo- <br />tion passed. <br />A'irs. Eian moved to adjourn. M.r.
