Council Chamber, Village Hall. . . <br />February 25, 1930. <br />Tdembers present: Ba3nbridge, Putsch, Mayor Seltzer and Widener. <br />Absent: Rock , <br />Other Village Officials present: Councilman 5teen and Engineer Cloyd. <br />Meeting adjourned to the Mayor's Office. <br />Letter received from The Heister Columbia Devolopment, Inc., dated <br />February 4, 1930 granting,the Village of lUortlz Olmsted the . <br />right at an,y and all times to enter upon the premises (Homelinks <br />subdivision) to do ariy and a11 things necessary in the maintenance, <br />construation,and deepening Plum Creek for proper drainage Pacilities <br />not relinquishing or waiving any rights or damages which may acorue <br />to them by reason of faulty or improper construction, negligence or <br />other oauses notwithin their contxol. <br />Motion made by Mr. Bainbridge, seconded by ?dr. Putsch that the Planning <br />Commission adopt,a polioy of requiring all ovrners of proposed sub- <br />divisions on Lorain Street ba requested to dedicate for future <br />improvements the land for a depth of 10 feet from Lorain Stroet. <br />. Carried. Mr. Rock present. <br /> <br />Received proposed plat of The J. J. Kilroy Co's. subdivision covering property <br />on the South side of Lorain Straet,approximately 380 Peet west of <br />Fairview Village. <br />The Secretary was requested,to fLnvite the owners of progerty between Clague <br />Road and Fairview Village looated on.the south side of Lorain Street <br />to attend the next me6ting to_be held ldarch 25, 1930. <br />Nlotion by Mr. Rock, seconded by Mr. Putsch that the Secr.etary purchase 500 U.S. <br />post cards and hage them printed with an invitation for inviting <br />people to our meetings.
