<br />biINUTES OF MEETING OF THE P.L•ANNI1dG COIYIVIISSION OF 1HE VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, HELD IN COUNCIL CHAP(1BER, VILLAGE HALL, TUESDAY A1'RIL 4, <br />1939, at 7:15 o'clock P. M. <br />The following members were present: <br />iVlayor pouglass, Messrs. Decker, Humel, Reep and Widener. <br />Other Village officials present were: <br />Solicitor Vuinsper, Ehgineer Cloyd and Building Inspector Demaline. <br />Mayor pouglass eAzted as Chairman and Mr. V'didener acted as Secretary. <br /> Mr. Earl Kennedy submitted the purposed plat of Lorain - Stearns <br /> Allotment coverin.g the property at the Southwest corner of Lorain and <br /> Stearns Roads an.d extending Southerl,y along the VTesterly side of Stearns <br /> Road. Nfr. Kennedy stated that the plat is not to be filed for record but <br /> that he would J.ike the Planning Commission to approve the purposed <br /> development of the property. After discussion of the purposed <br /> development, restrictions and sanitary drainage, it was suggested that <br /> Mr. Kennedy submit to the Planning Commission for its approval.a copy <br /> of the restrictions to be contained in his Sales Agreements and Deeds <br /> of Conveyance. <br /> of a brick <br />ti <br />t <br /> on <br />ruc <br />Mr. Humel called attention to the purposed cons <br /> building to be erected at or near the Northwest corner of Lorain and <br /> Porter Roads and the proper setback from the street line of such a <br /> building. The Mayor stated that he would request the owner and <br /> builder, (The Bank of Berea Co.) to submit its building and setback <br /> plans to the Planning Commission before starting any construction. <br />On motion duly ma.de and seconded, the moeting adjournedo " <br />? <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Secretary
