33. <br />? <br />MINUTES OF 1VIEETING OF THE PLANNING COMbTISSION OF THE <br />VIZLAGE OF NORTH OLM.STED, OHIO, HELD 2N COjTNC2L CHAMBER, <br />NORTH OLMSTLD VILLAGE HALL, TUESDAY, JAIVUARY 16, 1940p 7.:,30 P•M. <br />The following members were presen.t: <br />Mayor pouglass, LOUis Decker, Av C. Reed, Charles Reep and <br />F. J. Hume1. <br />Mayor pouglass acted as temparary chairman. <br />On motion duly made a.nd seconded, it was resolved that the <br />Commission proceed to elect i'tg off3.cers o An eleet3.on was <br />then held; which resulted ns f'ollows: <br />Louis Decker vuas unanitnously elected Chairmnn. <br />F. J. Humel was urza,n3.mously?4;°elected Secretary. <br /> <br />-?? <br /> <br />On motion du1y mAde and seconded, it was unanlmously voted <br />that regular meetings of the Planning Commission be held <br />on the first pn.d third Tuesday of eech month st.7::00 o'clock <br />P.M. at the Council Chamber in the North 0lmsted Vi11ege Hall. <br />On motion du1y made and seconded, it w as unanimously voted <br />that John R. Cloyd continue his employment as Engineer for <br />the Planning Commission and I. R. VUinsper continue hia employ- <br />ment,as legp1 adviser for the Planning Commission and that <br />they be pa3.d on b3.lls rendered P-nd approved by the Council <br />of the Vi1lpge o±' Nort"h Olmsted, Ohio. <br />After a general d3scussion of the zoning of the Vi1la.ge, it <br />was'p?greed thst the P1anning Commission would meet with the <br />Vi11nge Council to discuss matters pertaining to the Zoning <br />OrdinPnce whenever deemed necesssry. Mr. Cloyd snd Mr. <br />Winsper were requested to submit a plan with maps and zones <br />outlined at the next meeting. <br />Meeting adjourneda <br />Secretary <br />Chairman
