Decker, Douglass, neep and Humel. <br />1he minutes of the last meeting were read and approvedo <br />The Planning Commission considered the application to <br />amen.d the Zoning Ordinance Use NIap by creating a retail <br />business district on the North side of Lorain Road east <br />of Dover Center Road b,y extendirg the business frontage <br />to a point 351.87 f eet east, measured a1ong, the cent er <br />line of Dover Center Koad, the depth of said business <br />frontage to be the same depth as the present depth of <br />business on the north side of Lorain Road and the east <br />line of said busine ss frontage to be parallel wi th the <br />center line of Dover Center Roada <br />On motion duly made and seconded the Planning Commission <br />approved the change of zoning as above set forth. <br />V o t e s Ye a s, De c ke r, Dou gl ass, Re e p and hume 1. <br />Nays, none.
