103 <br /> <br />NIINUTES OF A NLETIIJG OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO HELD ON <br />FEBRUARY 5219Soo <br />The meeting was called to or°der by F. Hatton - Chairman. <br />The foll.owing members were presentt <br />F. Hatton, 00 Henninger9 C. Oviatt, M. Stentz and <br />A. Waite. <br /> <br />Glen M. Limpert, 4282 Clague Road., appeared before the Commission, request- <br />ing permission to use the property as a tin shop, He was told that the <br />comrnission had no authority to deal wi.th his pr°obleme <br />Salvatore Saso requested that the property known as "the southwest corner <br />of the intersection of Lorain and Stearns R.oads in the Village of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio, stax°ting at a point 373.83 ft. west of the inter- <br />section of Lorain, thence 350.93 f°t. south9 thence 416.42 feet east <br />to a goint on Stearns i3oad that is 491,20 fta f rom the intersection of <br />said roads," be x°ezoned for commercial useo <br />Motion was made bg C. Oviatt, seconded by A. Waite that the request for <br />this property to be rezoned for commercial use, be rejected. Hatton, yes - <br />Henninger9 Yes - Oviatt, yes - Stentz' yes - Waite' yes. Motion carried <br />5-0. <br />John Loser a.nd Conrad Loser x°equested that t heir property be rezoned for <br />retail business. Motion made by C. Ovviatt, seconded by F. Hatton, that the <br />Loser property be rezoned for retail business as followss <br />From a point at the northeasterly corner of the Biddulph <br />property to the northerly line of the Loser property' <br />said line to run parallel with the line of Dover Road; <br />thenc'e east to the northeasterly corner af the Lasex° <br />property, thence southerly to the southeasterly corner <br />of the Loser property9 thence westerly to the south- <br />easterly corner of the BidduZph property and thence <br />Northerly along the east l.ine of the Biddulph proper°ty <br />to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />Hatton., yes - Hennionger9 yes - Ovi.att' yes - Stentz, yes - Waite9 yes. <br />Motion carried 5d0. <br />,d _411le-,W <br />Secretary <br />Chairman
