Aatton9 Chairanan. <br />The fol7.owing msmbers were presenta <br />Fm Hatton, 0. Henninger' C. Oviatt, M. Stentz arad <br />Ao Ila:i.te. <br />Consideration was given to Thom.R. Aten's letter of March 21, 1950 <br />in which he requested that the parcel of land on the south side og <br />Lorain Roads and west, next to the Charles home' be rezozaed for <br />business. <br />A motion was made by Mxao Hatton., and seconded by Mr. Waite, that <br />this property not be rezoned for retail business at this time. <br />The vvte was unanimous - Yeas - Hatton, Henrainger, Oviatt, Stentz,, <br />and IJaite. <br />The x°ezoning for retail business of the property on the south side <br />of Lorain Road from the westerly line of the propex°ty of the Westland <br />Compan,y located immediately west,of the North Olmsted Lumber Company <br />px°operty, to the easterly line of the property owned by the Ohio <br />Universalist Convention, was:also d?scussed. This px°opex°ty consists <br />of pacels owned by the Broadl.awn Corporation, Lawr°ence Ehrbar and <br />Gertrude Ehx°bar9 mare particular°1y described in Mchibit A attached <br />to9 and made a pax°t of the mintttes of this ffieetang. <br />The Plaaaning Comin:i.ssiora reconmended rezoning of the Lawrence and <br />Gertrude Ehrbar property to retail business, but took no action <br />on the Broadlawn Corp.
