FLatton <br />Chairrnan of the Planning Commiss ion <br />City Hall <br />North Olmsted, O]-iio <br />Dear Mr. Hatton; <br />Some time ago we roquestad rezoning of all f'rontage on the southerly <br />side of Lorain Road commencing approximately 304 foet wost oi the <br />intersection of Butternut Ridge Road and Lorain Road and running east <br />to the property owned by the North Olmsted Lumber Compan,y. At the <br />tine the application Zvas considered by the Flanning ComYnission and <br />we believo reported out favorably to the City Council. Ira pursuance <br />to the said favorable report the 113•93 feet just west of the P7orth <br />Olmsted Lumber property and the property owned by the Ehrbars as shown <br />in the enclosed sketch tvas rezoned for retail business. Because of <br />sorne complications in connection with an easement over an 8-foot strip <br />running along the line of the North 0lmsted Lumher property to Buttarnut <br />Ridge, the rezoning on the property owned by the ?Broadlawn Corporation <br />was held up and no action has been taken to dato. <br />In accordance with the suggestion of Tklayor Oviatt we are writing you <br />this letter and are enclosing a skotch of the whole property and a <br />description of the property on which we are asking the rezoning for <br />retail or local businoss.
