147 <br />MIA?UTES OF A N1EETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OU4STED, OHIO HELD <br />YiARcH ?, 1952. <br />Memhers.present were J. Esgar, C. J. Cvia.tt, 14. Stentz, F. J. Votava. <br />Guy H. tnTheeler, Solicitor and F. L. Crider, Building Cor.irnissioner were also <br />present. <br />The minutes of February 29, 1952 were rea.d and approvede <br />Mr. Louis F. Acklints reouest for sub-dividing his property in Kennedy kidge Rd. <br />opposite Andrus Avenue, wa.s tabled, pending the preparation cf a plat. <br />Nlr. M. Y. Varady 3ild associ-ates {The Central Itealty Compa.ny, were present and <br />ren,uested that their property located in the E1m-Lucile area be allotted. They <br />were advised to redraw the plat and then submit it again. <br />Orgill, Masch?ce, Wickham & Loux presented a letter dated Yiarch 3, 1952 outlin- <br />, ing the offer to dedicate certain land for street purposes. After discussing <br />the matter, Mr. Oviatt moved that we notify Orgi119 Naschke, Lroickham & Loux <br />that the Planning Commission rejects the extension of W. 231st Street to <br />Alexander through the Orgill property, t:nless the developer puts in and pays <br />for the folloiqing improvements, according to the ordinance which provides that <br />sidewalk, storm sewer and road improvement be installed, and that the water <br />line may be assessecl over a period not exceeding 10 years, Mr. Escar seconded <br />the motion. "Yeas« Esg2.r, Oviatt, Stentz, Votava. <br />Mre Oviatt informed the Planning Commission that he had received and ccnsider.ed <br />the resignation of A.
