Votava, Chairman, Clarence J. Oviatt, J. Esgar, L. Harris.
Mr. Stentz was absent.
In the Secretary's absence, Mr. Oviatt acted as secretary pro-tem.
Minutes of ineeting of Nay 19, 1952 Were read.
Mr. Zilch and P2r. Humphrey were present and presented a plot of a proposed sub-
division of their property on Fitch Rd. rea, uesting the dividing of their
frontage of 119•79 feet into two parcels, one having 60 ft, frontage and the
second having 59•79 ft. frontage. Mr. Zilch was advised that the Council re-
quired the preparation of a plot by a registered engineer for the purposes of
taking action upon the rezoning of their property. They were advised the plot
would be submitted to Council at its next meeting„ August 5, 1952.
Mr. McEldin Lohr had presented to the Planning Commission a plot plan for the
proposed subdivision of his property on Walter Road south of Maple Ridge.
The Planning Commission upon review of the plan for the proposed sub-division,
determined that the lots laid out on a proposed road east of the four lots
fronting on Walter Road, were not in conformity to the requirements of the
Zoning Code. In order to meet the requirements, said lots would have to be
not less than 62 ft. frontage.
It was further recommended that M.r. Lohr be requested to furnish a map showing
the location of surrounding properties, particularly northerly and easterly
to Clague Road, to permit the Flanning Comrnission to have more adequate know-
ledge of the possibilities of the extension of the proposed road wit hin the I,ohr
sub-division to Clague. If the proposed road in the proposed sub-division in
question was to end as indicated on the plot and not extended to the easterly
end as shown on the plot, adequate turn-around space must be provided at the
termination of the road. Mr. Lohr is to be advised that if at the present time
his intention is only to sub-divide his property fronting on Walter Road, leav-
ing a 50 .ft. strip for the proposed road, he would be requested to improve said
proposed road to a depth of the lots fronting on fn;alter Road.
,
/
s=
Sec etary pro-te
hairman
