165- <br />MINUTES OF A =TING OF THE PLAI1ThTING CONRiISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF NURTH OLMSTED, OHIO HELD <br />SE P`I'EYBER 22 8 19 52 . <br />Present were James F. Votava, Chairmara, J. Esgar, L. Harris, M. Stentzo <br />Mr. Oviatt was absent. <br />The minutes of August" 5, 1952 were iead and accepted. <br />N:r. Lohr presented his proposal for the allotment of his property on lydalter Road. <br />He stated that he desi-red to dedicate a 50-foot roa,d :aith the req_uired improve- <br />ments and wmted to know what t12e requirements were9 in orcier to determine whether <br />he would develop the pY'opertST or not. He was advised to contact Mr. Cloyd for <br />the reauirements and then if he still desires to develop the praperty, he should <br />re-draur his plat, incrsasing the lat sizes to give the required square footage, <br />a.nd again submit his request. <br />N1r. Bauer presented his proposal for the subdivision of his property on Stearns <br />Foad. The lots meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Esgar moved <br />that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that the proposed <br />sub-division be given tentative approval, pending completion of finz.l plat, <br />which will contain sewer elevations and sewer sizesa DZr. Harris seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Harris moved that the Planning Commission request that the Council purchase a <br />Baiat Plat Book covering the City of North Olmsted for use of the Planning Commis- <br />sion, Service Director and Building Commissioner. Mre Stentz secondeds " <br />Motion carried„ <br />Mr. Esgar moved that the proposed Masco Homes Sub-divisian be recommended to <br />Cauncil for acceptance' provided the recommended changes in the seiaers be in- <br />corporated in the plat plan, as a11 other requirements meet the Zoning Ordinancee <br />Mr. Votava seconded the motion.
