Harris, C. J. Oviatt, M. Stentz. <br />Building Commissioner C.rider was also present. <br />The ru.nutes of September 22, 1952 were read and accepted. <br />Mr. Benuska appeared before the Planning Commission and presented the final p:Lat <br />of his allotment for signature. The secretary of the Pla.nning Commission was <br />instructed to sign the plat. <br />Solicitor Guy Zlheeler°s letter of October 3, ?-952 as to the procedure to be followed <br />by the Planning Con-mission was read and discussed. It was decided that the Planning <br />Comma.ssion draw up a set of standards to.be discussed with the City Councilm <br />A motion was made by Mr. Esoar and seconded by Mr. Vota,ra that the light industrial <br />area be removed from the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Mapo "Yeas" Votava, Esgar, <br />Oviatto "Nays" Harris,, S-tentz. . <br />Mr. Harris moved that the area on both sides of Lorain Road between Dover Road <br />irrtersection and the Butternut Ridge Porter Road intersection be zoned for a <br />light ir_dustrial area and restrictions controlling same remain in the Zoning <br />Ordinance, Mr. Stentz seconded t,he motior., "Yeas" Harrisl, Stentz.
