Esgar., L. Harris, C. J. Oviatt, <br />M. Stentz. <br />Building Commissioner Cridex° was also present. <br />Mr. Herron and Mr. Diederich., Ridgeville Township Trustees, Mr. Steinmitz, <br />the Ridgeville Clerk' and Mre Abernathy and Mr. Getz, representing the N. P. <br />Jo dge Corp.., met with the Canmission fox° further discussion of the Fairacres <br />Subdivislon in Ridgeville 2ownstiip. <br />The proposed subdivision plat and deed restrictions were discussed. tRre <br />Herron a.nd Mr. Diederich stated that they UierP satisfied with the plat and <br />restrictions, subjeet tm incorporation of statemeni;s in the deed rest,ric- <br />tions that (].) no two family houses be permitted9 (2) living in bas.ements <br />be prohibited (3) minimum £loor areas exclude breezewaJs and utility <br />raoms, and (4) letter accompanying street bond state that streets have a <br />minimntn of k!' of 'slag and that the 40-foot wride streets have ditches for <br />adequate surface drainage. <br /> <br />Yirm Stentz moved that the plat and restrictions9 subject to recommended charges, <br />be accepted by tYie North Olmsted Planning Commissiono Niotion was seconded by <br />Mr. Oviatt and passed unanimouslyo <br />Mr, Stentz resigned as Secreta.ry of the Planning Comnission. Mr. Harris. <br />moved that Mr. Esgar be appointed as.new Secretary.
