In ordex° to accel.ex°ate work on the subdivision9 it was decided that a suh-division coul,d be ffiade for nine (9) lots on Gessraer Road.. providing that 60-foat sta°igs for two streets could be deecled to the eity and bonds provided for improvements, to insure accesa to propex°ty to be sub-divaded later. . , Messrs. F. E. Yehlike H. L. Chambex°lairi and C. W. Neff presented a plat for the 0]msted Farms 3ub-Divis3.on of 46 lots, located south of Lorain Road and about 1000 feet west of Barton Road.
