Sitt.el was appoa.nted to the P1.anning Commi.ssion 'ay Mayor Letiyis to <br />fill the vaeancy left by the rosignation uf Mr. Gtvens in October, 1953• Mayor <br />Lewis replaced former Mayor Oviatt as the fifth member of the Plannir_g Commission. <br />Mr, Howard Stepler presented a plat for a propos°d sub-division containir_g twenty- <br />t.hree lots locatel north of P2aple Ridge and ezst of Trlalter Roads. Lot Noe 23 was <br />foiLnd to be undersizea Mr. Stepler was tald that the lot size would ha.ve to be <br />brought up to size and he was advised of the reauirements for sewers' tiJater and <br />streets which must be fu1fi11ed prior to approval af the sub-di.vision. <br />Mr, Hareld Stern appeared before the Planning Comriissicn requesting tha.t he be <br />permitted to divide lots on Burns and Porter Roads into lots of size consistent <br />with the neighborhood. <br />Mr. Harris made a mntion that the P1aruling Comrnission recommend that Mr. Stern <br />be permitted to make the fcllowing changes in lot sizes on Porter a.nd Burns -? <br />ftoads e <br />CH 15 and 16 on Burns from one 800 and one 401 lot to <br />two 60° lots <br />CH 19 and 20 on Burns from ene 979 and one 1201 ].ot to <br />fou.r 540 lots <br />Sub-lvt s 68, 69, 709 71 on Burns f rom f our 40' lot s to <br />three 531 lots <br />Sub-lcts 115 and 116 on Burns from two 401 lots to <br />one $0' lot . <br />CH 7 on Porter Road from one 161L9 lot to <br />three 551 lots. <br /> <br />Motion was seconded by Dra Lewis and was passed. <br />It was agrsed tha,t the Planriin; Cornmission woul.d meet hereafter on the first <br />and third Saturdays at 9030 A.
