Harriso <br />The minutes of February 6, 1954 axid February 11, 1954 were x°ead and approved. <br />Dr0 Lewis stated that Elm Road (see Febz°uary 6, 1954 minutes) was dedicated <br />all the way to Clagiae Road several years ago; therefore purchase of property <br />? by the Citg of North Olmsted wil], be unneeessary, <br />,. <br />Messrs. Bert Tiaheu Sr. arad Jr. wish to build two 4-family apartments on <br />Columbia Road just north of I,axain.Road, in an area zoned for retail business. <br />. <br />They were told what changes in„loca'tian woul.d be required in order to meet <br />the zon:ino codem The area of the property was sufficient for the proposed <br />apartments. <br />Messrs. DeCapite and Volgyi appeax°ed before the co:r,missa.on concerning V <br />re-subdivision of six 45 foot lots on the north side of Esther Avenue into <br />three 50-foot and two 60-foot lots. The lots contain a large ditch that would <br />have to be tiled at the expense of the developer. They decided to give the sub- <br />division further consideration and -then re-appear before the Planning Commission. <br />hZr. William Smedley requested information concerning extension of Dewey Road <br />by about 100 feet to permit additi.on of two buildi.ng parcels. He was told <br />that the same quality street as the remainder of Dewey Road, would be rec}uired <br />prior to subciivisien f or the new 1ots. <br />Messrs. Varady, Metz and Mack requested that the Planna,ng Commission give con- <br />sideration to rezoning the area ad3acent to the Brookpar.k extension and the <br />Georgette develop,-nent for mul,?ipl.e residence. A special meeting will be call.ed <br />on February 279 1954 to discuss the proposed rezonang with the City Council, <br />Nzr. Glen Lirnpert requested that the property at 23232 Lorain Road be rezoned £or <br />retail business.
