Esgar, E. Bittel. Mr, Euller <br />was absent. <br />Mr. Corrigan representing the Lorain Road Estates Sub-division, asked about <br />the possibility of rezoning the lots facing Lorain Road, for retail business. <br />He was advised that a better use of the land would probably be for multiple <br />residence. However, after further consideration, if they still wanted ta <br />rezone the la:-,d, they were advised to survey the adjacent property owners <br />to determine if there would be any objections. Nir. Corrigan said they would <br />give further consideration to the matter. <br />Mr. F. E. Furin from Ackerer Reality Company, asked about the possibility <br />of sub-dividing a lot on Stearns N.oad, belonging to a Mr. Roberts, from <br />1121 frontage, to a 1000 lot and a 121 driveway, to farm land in the rear. <br />He was told that this type of sub-division was not permitted in North <br />Olmstedo <br />Meeting adjourned at 8s45 P.
