IAINUTES OF A NiEETIWG OF THE PLANiIING CWIISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OINI5TED OHIO fiELD AT 9 P. M. <br />oC TOHER 18, 1954. <br />Present were Messrs. Vota.va, Levris, Bittely Euller. Mr. Esgar was absent. <br />Law Director Kitson was also present0 <br />In the absence of NIr. Esgar, Mr. Bittel acted as Secretary. <br />Mre Dan Benuska, his attorneys, Mr. C. J. Oviatt and Mr. G. Wiedes, Mr. Rc Mrs. <br />Richard Haviland and son, Richard, Jr. all appeared at this meeting called to <br />discuss the objection of the Havila.nds as to the plans of PRr. Benuska in the <br />Dan Ber_uska Sab-Division Plat #2 (Vo1. 146 Page 40 #].) Sub-Lots 1 through 34. <br />After considerable discussion, the Planning Commission voted to recommend <br />the approval of the Dan I3uska Sub-Division Plat #2 to City Countil. Motion <br />was made by Mr. Votava and seconded by Mro Euller and passedo <br />Mr. Franklyn Yehlik appeared before the Pla.nning Cotnmission and requested <br />that he be alloHred to move the proposed Charles Avenue over six feet west, <br />leaving a buffer strip of one foot in i?ridth between said street and S. L. #2 <br />as shown on the Yehlik Sub-Division. Mr. Yehlik was informed that plat <br />would ha,ve to be r°-drawn, showir.g the new location of the road, and then <br />presented again. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.
