M. <br />DECEMBER 28, 1954• <br />Present were Messrss Votava,' Bittel' Euller9 Esgaro Dr. Lewis was absent. <br />Mr. G. A. Barno6e pres°nt°d a te*!tativp lay-out for a proPosed sub-division <br />west of Coliunbia R.oad opposite Cedar Point Road to determ-ine if the lot <br />lay-ou-t was satisfactory. The sub-divi.sion consists of 44 lots. The <br />lay-out appears to meet all requirements of the zoning ordinance. <br />In a general discussion, it was deciled that the following items are to be <br />considered in future meet:ings: <br />1. Revision of ordinance on signs <br />2o Resrision of ordinance governing side-vialks on new and <br />existing strzets and consideration of the e.stablish- <br />ment of specif:ied grade lines f or new buildings. <br />3. Sewage disposal for the Lavoie Sub-division and also for the <br />entire City of Nort,h 0]xnsted. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Votava and seronded by Mr. Euller that the Planning <br />Commission recorrnnend to City Council that an ordinance be passed requiring <br />covers fox° sump holes in basements. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P. M.
