Votava, Leuris, Esgar, Eullero_ Mr. Bittel was absent, <br />Law Director Kitson was also present., <br />Hessrs. Peter Krutschnitt and Richard Portman submitted their final plat for <br />tneir 70 lot subedivision (notiJ named Crestwood Sub- Division), Uut they did <br />not have the sewer'and water plans. Th'ey stated that the plans were com- ' <br />pleted, but they did not bring them ino The lot lay-out was satisfactorye The Planning Co?nmission stated if all drawings were brought in Saturday-morning, <br />and found to be all right; approval would be given so that the pZa.ns could be <br />submitted to City Council on February 1, 1955. <br />An Ordina.nce on signs was briefly discussedo It :aas decided to request the <br />Building Commissioner to obtain sign ordinances from neighborin; cities for <br />study, prior to praposing a new ordinance .for North 0lsnstedo <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.
