Biddle and Lewis were absentm . <br />George Rechner & Sons, Inc. requested that Submlots #331 through #334 and <br />one half of #330 wath a total £rontage of 180 feet on Decker Road to be divided <br />into three 60 foot lotsa Sub-divisioa was approved. . <br />Mro Joseph Bily requested that approval be given to a sub-division on Stearns <br />Road consisting of five 76ft, lots plus a large ia°regularly shaped lot with <br />138 foot frontage, The Planning Commissiort approved the sub-division layout. <br />The plat will next be submitted to City Council. <br />L. M. Miller presented a plat for sub-division of four $7 foot lots on the sornth <br />side of Mastick Road. They also presented a.deed to the City for a 56 foot strip <br />for a future street. The sazb-division was approeed. <br />Mro Esgar made a motion that the Planning Comonission recommend to City Cauncil <br />that Cotaricil permit the Planning Commission to approve acceptance of sub-divisiorns <br />for arecordirag purposes only. The approval would stiptalate tYaat no streets would <br />be accepted for dedication by the :aabd action of Planrning Comaission. The motion <br />vaas seconded by Mrs Votava. The motion passed. The purpose of this proposal is to <br />permit builders to install sewers and water mains an a manner approved by the <br />City Engineea° px°ior to street dedication and thus save tkae builders the cost of <br />a bond which is ultimately reflected in the cost of houseso <br />The meeting adjoux°ned at 9=00 P.M. <br />La ? ? ?
