MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, OHIO HELD AT 8:00 P.M. <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1955. <br />,Present were Messrs, C. B. Lewis, M. A. Hannan, and J. Esgar. Messrs. <br />J. Votava and R. Euller were absent. <br />Mra Max°k A. Hanna.r: was appointed to the Planning Coimnission by Mayor Zewis <br />to fil,l a vacancy caused by the, resignation of Mr. E. Bittel. <br />Mro & Mrso Fredrick L. Kellar presented a sub-division on Dewey Road. They <br />requested that an 80 foot and a 40 foot lot be re-subdivided into two 60 foot <br />lotse The sub-division was approved. <br />The City Council in a meetin? on February 22, 1955 agreed that plats could be <br />accepted for sub-divisior? and recording pux°poses only.
