Vatavas Lewis, Euller., Hannan., Esgar. <br />Mr. Rock appeaxed before the Planniaag Commission concerning the subdivision <br />of tivo lots on Columbia Rozd. These are the same lots Mr. Carl Harris dis- <br />cussed at the last meetiazgo Nir. Rocls stated that they had decided to dlvide <br />the property into two 801 lots. This subdivision was approrreda <br />Mr. E1w3,n Lvnpert ovms property beyond the end of Selhurst Road. He requested <br />informatian concerning the pxocedure s°equired to build a house ora this property. <br />IVo decisions wex°e made pendang consialtatioza with the I,aw Director. <br />the motion. The motion passed, <br />Mr. Pau1. Keller of the ,C & K Builders a,gain presented his subdivision consisting <br />of eight l'ots plus two.openings for Puture streets on A1exander Roadm Mr. <br />Votava stated that after a conera].tat3on with the City Eng3.neer,, it appeared that <br />drainage wou.ld be satisfactory and a large ditch on the py°operty is no longer <br />needed. It cou],d therefore9 be filled ins Mr. Vatava made a motion that the <br />P1.ann3ng Commission recommend t?o City Council that the subdivisior± be appa°oved <br />provided deeds are f'urnished for the two street openings, Mr. Esgar secondeci <br />Meeting adjourned at 9z30 P.
