MINUTES QF A MEETING OF THE PLAP1PdING COTN'lMISSION 'OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEV, UHIO HELD AT 8:00 P. M. <br />OcTORER 25, 1955. Present were Messrs. Votava, Lewis, Eu11er,Hannan, Esgar. <br /> <br />Nlro Carl Boiaer, representing L. W. PfilZer, asked that iche triangular <br />piece of property, between-Loraan z.nd Whitethorne be rezoned from <br />residential to retail business. Mr. Esgar made a motion that this property <br />be turnecl dovm for rezoning at the present time9 but be considered in the <br />future along with other areas for rezoning to business and light industry, <br />in the new proposed zoning ordinance. The motion was seconded by Dr. LewisO <br />Those in favor of the motion were kPssrs, Lewis, Hanna.n, Votuva, Esgaro <br />T'Ir. Euller -vras opposed. The motion passed. <br />George & Helen Ropcheck a.sked about re-subdividing an ar.ea on Stearns N.o2.d <br />contair.ing four 51 plus foot lots, into three lots approxdmately 69 feet wide. <br />they were told to bring a sketch of the proposed subdivision to the Planning <br />Commission for approvale <br />Mr. Fred Lima as'.ted for sub-di•rision of a lot on the northarest corner of <br />Po.rter Road and I4artin llr.ive into two lots, one 120 x 1448 and one 180' x <br />about 1441.
