Engoglia & Cipiti presented a plat for Er_goglia & Cipiti Sub- <br />Division Ido. 2 consistinb of 18 lots on Terrace Drive, which runs east <br />from Mackenzie Road. The plat showed areas set aside for two proposed <br />streets - 501 in width. They were told that these streets must be <br />60, wide, that a letter is required from the City Engineer approving the <br />sewer and water plans plus estimate of cost, and a quit claim deed is <br />rsquired for the "blocks" that will be future streets. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Grurgney and seconded by Mr. Esgar that the <br />Building Commissioner be authorized to write a letter to Engoglia &c Cipiti <br />stata.ng that approval of their sub-division #2 will be withheld until they <br />have completed installation of catch basins for the sewer on their property <br />along Mackenzie Road.
